Individual Therapy: A safe space for you to heal.
Do you ever notice that logically things are one way but emotionally things feel opposite? Maybe you notice:
I know I’m loved, but I feel rejected.
I know I’m forgiven, but I carry shame and guilt.
I know I’m doing my best, but it never feels good enough.
I know it’s in the past, but I still feel stuck in it.
I know I’m safe now, but I live with fear.
I know I’m part of the problem, but I can only see the other person’s wrongs.
This life is not the way it’s supposed to be. Life gets upside down through circumstances, emotions and relationships.
Individual therapy can help to reshape unhealthy thoughts, target problematic behaviors and get rid of tiring emotions.
Session length: 50-55 minutes,
Format: Telehealth
Fees: Intake Appointment $225.00, each session thereafter $175.00
Note on using insurance: While we are an out-of-network provider, We provide super-bills, which is a statement you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Through using your out-of-network benefits, many get reimbursed a portion or all of the cost of the sessions.
Want to check your out-of-network benefits instantly?
I don't accept insurance, but I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions.
If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. You can sign up using this link:

Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.
Cookie cutters are for making cookies, not people. That’s why cookie cutter counseling is the opposite of what we do.
At Restoring Eden Counseling, we take time to hear your unique story, collaboratively develop a treatment plan, and thoughtfully carry it out. We provide professional counseling using evidence-based practices leading to mental health and whole-person healing.
